This series of product is mainly made of epoxy resin. It has features of high decoration, good physical and chemical property, designed for metalwork that is required painting with excellent corrosion resistance, good electric insulation and flexibility. Painting for outdoor product is not s ested.

Series:

1. Standard curing, lower temperature curing and quick curing are available;
2. made to various gloss and color: high gloss(above 86°),flat gloss(50---85°),semi gloss(10---49°) and no gloss(below 10°).Gloss and color of product is available as per clients’ specific need.
3. Special standard of product is available as per clients’ specific need. For example, RoHS standard, ASTM 963 standard, etc.
4. Application:This type of product is mainly used in pipeline project, anti-corrosion project, surface of rebar and other surfaces that have high requirement of chemical resistance.  

Solidifying Condition :

Type A -200°C(workpiece temperature),15minute(flat gloss or no gloss)
Type B -180°C(workpiece temperature),15minute(flat gloss or no gloss)
Type C -140°C(workpiece temperature),15minute(high gloss) 

Physical Property:

proportion: 1.4—1.8g/cm3(varies with different color and gloss)

density distribution: average particle size is 30—38um, adjustable as per clients’ requirement.
