Isopropyl Phenyl Diphenyl Phosphate (IPPP) is flame retardant usually found in rigid and flexible polyurethane foam as well as in other products like cellulos acetate,ethyl cellulose lacquer,nitro cellulose lacquer,leather,plastic,rubber etc.
