Processing method:
Profiles with teeth made and strips inserted---to roll and to achieve tightness of profiles.
Function: (Product after feeding---rolling tightly)
1.Special equipment manufactured for thermal barrier aluminum profile. Crimping of
aluminum profiles for thermal break at the dedicated section to obtain a thermal break profile
uses 6 pairs’rolling-discs. It is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strips.
2.Adopts three sets of roller to roll the combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly.
1st unit: guiding and pre-crimping
2nd unit: main crimping force applied
3rd unit: crimping and correction (horizontally and vertically)
Features:
1.Six synchronous driven discs, stepless speed regulation through the frequency converter.
2.Value of pressure and vertical height of three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs are
showed clearly.
3.Units 1 and 2 adjustable for horizontal width.
4.Units 3 fully adjustable-horizontal, vertical and width (for straightness correction of
assembled section)
5.Three lower "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, height - adjustable (φ85, L = 120 [mm])
6.Three upper "Vulkollan"-surfaced horizontal rollers, height adjustment, (φ85, L = 120 [mm])
7.The whole height of all three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs can be electric adjusted
that depends on the aluminum profiles.
8.The vertical distance between each piece of rolling-discs can be adjusted according to add
spacers with various thicknesses.
