Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

Description:Hot transported material can very easily damage the conveyor belt.To prevent
possible damages,special high temperature resistant canvas with high modulus,low shrink and high breaking tensile strenth is adopted as carcass.And EPDM rubber or Chloro-butyl rubber with good heat-resistant performance is used as cover rubber.By mixing some other high-temperature resistant materials and with advanced technique,the belt made better performance in heat resistant.That not only solves the fabric shrinkage and deformation problems,but also avoids crucial poor adhesion problem caused by high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber.The belt is excellent in heat resistance,low elongation,light and with longer using life,etc.
Application:cement plants,heating stations,power stations,garbage incineration plants,chemical
industry,steelworks,metal foundries and metal processing industry,etc.

Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt

Description:Use Cotton,nylon or EP fabric as core,and select a blend of NR and BR as cover,which
makes the belt with good elasticity,impact resistance and cold resistance.It can work at the temperature not below -45℃.
Application:They are suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area,cold storage and
etc.

Endless Conveyor Belt

Description:When manufacture we make the endless
conveyor belt by vulcanizing,the feature is that the fabric is twining with no joint,which makes sure of the stable service life of the belt.And the surface of the belt is smooth and even in tension,due to which the belt can runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.
Application:Applied to the machines used in mining
and chemical industry,etc.

Chevron Conveyor Belt

Description:on the surface of the belt,there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body,the
pattern includes three types high medium and low.
Application:Chevron conveyor belts are used to convey wet and/or loose materials or bags up steep inclines.The patterns prevent or reduce slide back and increase the amount of product moved by quick pick-up at the point of loading.They are used in quarries,sandpits,cement works,lime works,mobile crushers and screens,farming and salt mines,etc.
Advantages:
1.can carry bulk material at
angles of 17～18 and bagged material at angles of 30～50.
2.Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return idlers.
3.Cleats and top cover rubber are mono block
molding for strength.
Types:Open V,Closed-V,L type,H type,Y type,
A type and F type,etc.

Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt

Description:In some conditions,due to the limit space or in case of lifting materials at
a large slope,sidewall conveyor belt is always used to avoid material spilling. This system can convey materials vertically and also can work at a large slope from 0 degree to 90 degree,and allow heavy load material conveying.
Application:harbor,metallurgy,mining,electricity,coal,foundries,construction,food,cement works,
fertilizer,etc.
Carcass:the carcass of the base belt can be CC,NN and EP fabric.
Advantages:
1.low maintenance cost.
2.Large transport capacity,and it can avoid material spilling effetely.
3.The belt can facilitate switching from horizontal to inclined conveying from inclined to horizontal conveying.
4.It saves a lot space as it allows material conveying at 0°-90°.
