 ZG-type chain grate biomass boiler is a new bulk chain grate boiler, the furnace, secondary air and the heating surface structure, lsootblowers targeted measures are taken, with all the structural advantages of SHL-type chain grate boiler .ZG type of biomass boiler has three types: chain grate, corner tube chain grate, circulating fluidized bed.

Application:

Combustion of biomass fuel molding, can be pure coal or mixed coal and biomass fuel molding, to provide heat or power generation

Product structure:

1. Secondary air or furnace, fuel in the furnace contains plenty of burning time, secondary adapt to release large amounts of volatile flux concentration combustion ,ensure fuel and air mixing combustion, fuel burning in the hearth.

2. Superheater, to avoid deposition of the high temperature superheater ,eliminated the high temperature superheater corrosion caused by high temperature.

3. The tail heating surface ,soot blower layout.
