   Q:How to get the real address name?

   A:You must first set up the APN of your SIM card :apn123456 the real apa name ,then send “address123456”.(default password 123456)

  Q:How to know the device is work on GPRS mode or GSM mode?

  A:1. Red LED indicator on: No GSM network signals.

     2. Red LED indicator flashes fast (one time each second): 

        GSM Network signal is normally, and tracker works under GSM mode.

    3. Red LED indicator flashes slowly (one time each three second): 

       Tracker works under GPRS mode.

    4.Green LED indicator on: GPS signal is normal.

    5.Green LED indicator off: No GPS signals.

  Q:Tracker lost GSM signals or fall offline from GPRS?

  A:When the tracker lost GSM signals or fall offline from GPRS,tracker will log the tracking position and alerts            automatically in the SD card on the basis of the pre-set condition, when GSM signals get back, all the event alerts will be    auto-sent to the authorized numbers or monitoring platform (server), but the logged tracking data should be loaded to the monitoring platform via SMS command.

  Q:Startup Fail

  A:Please check out the power wiring in correct place.

  Q:Call Fail

  A:Check the GSM antenna connected. Check whether the SIM card in place. Check whether the normal power supply voltage.

  Q:Hang up Fail

  A:In existence of an authorized number, an unauthorized number dials up the unit. Please initialize the unit and re-set up the authorized numbers.

 Q:Monitor Fail

 A:Check if the authorized number is setup

 Q:Location report in digits of zeros.

  A:Check out if the GPS external antenna well.

Payment&dispatching

Shipment

1. We offer free shipping for all products for most countries via air mail (China Post Air Mail . If you cannot choose the shipping method of free shipping, pls contact us to make free shipping for you. the delivery time is about 10-20 days for Asia, European and North America. For Latin American and Africa, it takes about 20 to 35 days. bad weather, holidays, hot seasons or custom clearance might cause delay of the delivery.

2. EMS: The delivery time is about 1 to 2 weeks to reach the address. EMS is not applicable for some Latin American countries and Africa countries. if you don't sure about it, contact with your local post or us to check before placing order.

3. DHL: The delivery time is about 5 to 8 days. When you choose DHL, please make sure the addressee is not a remote area, otherwise, there will be an extra charge of 30 USD by DHL, please call DHL to check, or check it on DHL official site.

4. UPS, FEDEX, TNT and other shipping way all are available, contact us freely to get a quotation for the freight.

5. In order to ensure you receive goods just paying lower, less taxes, we'll declare the custom invoice with lower value, we lower money is just for helping you to save money. The value do not means the total you paid or anything else. Any import charges is the buyer's responsibility. (if you want declare the goods as other item name, or specified value for custom, please inform us before placing the order)

5. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties if it is required. 

6. Please provide correct address and contact information when placing order, goods will be shipped to the order address only. Otherwise, we may not take any responsibility for package loss of buyer who provides incorrect shipping address.
