Install solution:

This adapter is more like-size T8 fittings.

1.  Disconnect power and wait the old tube cool .

2.  Remove old tube  ( twist out )

3. Remove starter unit  ( twist out ) 

4. Insert the adapter & T5 tube  ( twist in ) securely & the task is then completed

5. Dispose of old tube same as  EPA regulations.
