Forged Disc for Tube Sheet and Other Pressure Vessel

 Brief introduction

We can supply various kinds of disc forgings. We choose excellent raw material and make steady heat treatment.

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements, on this condition all mechanical properties can be improved.

 We have the following advanced machining equipments:

1. Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E ), dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

2. TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and mill machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters *length 12meters )

3. CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm * length 4000mm * height 1500mm )

Production procedure

Ingot cutting --> Ingot  sample chemical specification testing --> Ingot heating --> Upsetting and forging --> Ring rolling --> Normalizing /Annealing --> Cooling --> Rough machining for the first time --> Ultrasonic test for the first time --> Quenching and tempering if necessary --> Rough machining for the second time --> Ultrasonic test for the second time --> MT or PT or RT --> Cutting the sample and maching the sample --> Mechanical property test  including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction ratio --> Impacting test including normal temperature and low temperature test --> Stamping the heat number --> Packing

If necesary ,finish the final machining.
