The reaction mechanism of Weigu 929 is that the NCO end groups of polyurethane pre-polymer molecule shall contact and react with moisture of air or substrate to form the seamless, very adhesive, integrated and elastic waterproof film.

Applicable scope
Used for waterproof projects of unexposed roof, basements, kitchens and toilets, undrinkable-water pools.
Construction Requirement
1. Working face need to be clean, firm, and defects should be repaired first.
2. Detail treatment:
First paint a layer of coating in the Yin and Yang Angle and Pipeline root, then cover a reinforced layer that is glass fiber cloth or nonwoven, and make the coating fully saturate in it.
3. Base layer painting:
Add some base layer treating agent into the coating to improve the closure and permeability.
4. Hierarchical painting:
Use rubber scraper to paint coating to the working face, the direction of the next painting should be vertical to the former one.
5. Tack free time is about 12 hours and the interval of each coating time is based on the coating not glue the hand, generally need to paint 2 ~ 3 times (or according to the design requirements)
6. Every time the thickness in 0.5 ~ 0.8 mm is advisable.
7. Base layer treating agent: coating= 1:2 (weight ratio), put the treating agent into the coating slowly according to ratio and stir well before use.
