Environment-friendly
KS-930 is non-toxic and pollution-free, and it can solidify by putting water directly. It was tested by CDC of China according to the acute toxicity test (GB/15193.3-2003) that it is non-toxic product. It accords with the technical requirements for environmental labeling products: water-based coating (HJ/T201-2005), it can be used in drinking water project.
Excellent quality
KS-930 is a white liquid of single component that adopts advanced technology and uses modern production equipment, and it can make into cured cross linking agent by putting water directly, the active gene of coating reacts to water molecule, and then become waterproof film with rubbery properties.
The waterproof film has good characteristics of tensile strength, elongation at break, deformation ability.
Scope of application
Upperscale community，non-exposed roofs of high standard buildings, waterproof of kitchen & bath, swimming pool, fountain, drinking water project, railway, tunnel and underground engineering.
Construction method
Base layer treating： basic level processing liquid：powder：water(weight ratio)to allocate base layer treating agent，spread on the base layer after fully stir, the dosage of the primer liquid is about 0.1kg/m2.
Coating construction: Confect the surface course by a ratio of KS930: water=1:0.05(weigh ratio), brushing after stirring with motor stirrer until the thickness meet the requirement.
Cautions
1. construct after the base coating is dry
2. after the coating mix with water, use it within 30 minutes
3. Do not walk on the film until it become dry, pay attention to the protection coating layer.
4. Put some coarse sand on the coating wall to intensify the adhesive action before the final film become dry.
5. Wear protective cloth when working.
6. Make protective layer upon acceptance.
7. Add dryer while constructing in low temperature（0°C—10°C）
