How does Instrument Check Valve Work ?
Pioneer Instrument  Check Valve uses a tapered pin to gradually open a space for fine control of flow. The flow can be controlled and regulated with the use of spindle . 

Materials Available

The most widely used Check Valves are SS 316 Needle Valves .They is also available in Stainless Steel, Brass, Steel, Monel, High Duty Bronze, and Hastelloy. 

Manufacturing Process

Pioneer Instrument Check valves are manufactured from stainless steel barstock with choice of Choice of PTFE packing.
