Structure
1. Supporter of the machine
Main supporter of the machine consists of foursquare stainless steel pipe with fair appearance and firm structure. Subsidiary supporter which is attached to the main supporter functions for separating the workaround and supporting.
2. Electrical system
The electric part consists of AC contactor, Fuse and Air switch

Working principle
Turn on the Air Electric Leakage Protection Switch and the Emergency switch, and then the machine is started to work.
If the cap-aligning detector switch get that there is no cap at the cap-aligning mechanism, the cap conveying machine would starts to work. The caps at the cap filler are carrying by the blocking board, which is fixed on the conveyor belt parallelly, to the cap-aligning mechanism.
