[Characteristics]
1 This product is a low degree of polymerization polymer, which contains a lot of cyclic annular polymer and has strong resistance effect to the ultraviolet rays of UV-A, UV-B, UV-R that the wavelength about 280nm-400nm. The PTF of textile can reach 50+ after processing.
2 Without harmful substance and organic solvent.
3 Padding is an appropriate technology, and it is simple and convenient.
4 Wash in the alkali liquor (washable times are 30-50.)
[Usage]
1 According to the weight of textile, making the standard padding solution and holding the PH value of JR-A1 between 10 and 11.
2 Pretreatment: Rinse the pending textiles so as to remove the alkali.
3 Recommend the dosage and technology: Once padding
Padding: The pending textiles → pad in JR-A (1.5%-3% diluent) × room temperature × 5min → drying (110℃)
4 In the processing of dipping, keeping the padding residual rate above 70%.
[Attention]
Don’t dispose the fabric that contain fluorescent dye and fluorescent brightener, or will change the color and become yellow. Please do some tests before use.
[Package & Storage]
Net 50kg each plastic drum, and store in cool and hermetic under the room temperature for 6 months.
