Brief introduction of Sand dust test chamber
This chamber is applied to dust-resistant and dustproof test of various parts or accessories. For example, vehicle lightings, instrument panel, recliner adjuster, dustproof sheath of electric appliances, steering gear system, door lock, etc. There are mainly two kinds of test – (F) Floating dust test, (C) Ariel current dust test, to test dust-resistance for safety of operation. Exterior is powder coating finished with good appearance, interior is made in SUS#304. Entirely visible observation window, convenient for observation.

Sand dust test chamber structure:
1. Chamber material: SUS#304 stainless steel;
2. Transparent window is convenient to observe specimen during testing;
3. Blow fan adopts stainless steel shell, high sealing and wing speed, low noise;
4. Inside the shell is the funnel type, vibration cycle can be adjusted, dust free float in the sky falling to blowing the hole together.
