According to the data provided by the manufacturer: generally, the oven of the PVC production line is about 30 m long, exhaust capacity L = 30000 m3 / h, the working temperature of the oven is about 205 ℃, the temperature of the gas exhausted by the oven is about 90-100 ℃, the produced plasticizer smog is around 800 mg/m3. 

The temperature of the gas exhausted by the oven is about 90-100 ℃. As the oven outlet is closer to the purification device, we request for strengthening the smog & gas cooling system. After the condensation of exhaust gas by the cooler, a set of LZD-30 new and efficient tubular plasticizer smog electrostatic purification device is switched in ( it is equipped with manholes, explosion-proof holes), the air volume capacity L = 30000 m3 / h, and the purification efficiency is greater than 95%. This DOP electrostatic purification & recovery device is specifically designed to control PVC plasticizer smog. The company has very mature and reliable technologies and products, mature experience in controlling different PVC production lines, and relevant electrostatic defrosters. In addition, in order to ensure the efficiency of electrostatic purification device, and remove dust and fibrous substances, a filter is set before entering the cleaning device. 

The structure of electrostatic purification & recovery device: the electrostatic purification device consists of the body, even gas board, discharge electrode, corona, dust collection tube, high-voltage insulation system, fluid collection bucket, high-voltage silicon rectification transformer, electric control cabinet and so on.

Operating principle: the gas enters the electrostatic purification device, then the high-voltage silicon rectification transformer generates the electrostatic field, so as to make the gas particles charged. Under the action of the energy in the electric field, the gas ionization releases electrons to form positive and negative ions, so that the charged particles move towards a certain direction, and finally they are adsorbed to tube. The aggregation falls under the action of gravity, in order to recover the plasticizer.
