Multilayered sintered metal mesh

Multilayered sintered metal mesh is made from laminated multilayer stainless steel wire mesh through a special pressing, vacuum sintering with high mechanical strength and rigidity of a new type of filter material. Its layers of wire mesh is intertwined to form a homogeneous and ideal filter structure, making the ordinary wire mesh cannot compared with it, such as high strength, rigidity, mesh shape stability. As to it can design a reasonable match according to the size of the gap material, permeability and strength properties, so that it has excellent filtration, filter resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and the processability, overall performance was superior to other types of filter material.

Applications
