1.0 Brief introduction of air-assisted sprayer

Air-assisted sprayer is agricultural and forestry machinery for spray of agriculture chemicals which has such advantages like far spraying range, wide operation range, easy maintenance and long service life. It is mainly used for prevention and treatment of diseases and insect of large area farnland, shelter belt, friut tree and tall trees; prevention and control of plant protection in green belt, grassland and pasture land; armed forces battlefield, training field, areas with flood and earthquake catatrophe; and dis infection, epidemic prevention and dedusting og arebage disposal plant and zoon.

    2.1 The machine adopts home-made quality diesel generating set, featuring with stability,    reliability and safety.

     2.2 It has strong wind force, high or far spraying range and sound penetrability.

     2.3 It adopts remote control to enable the sir duct to move upward and downward automatically(this can be operated in the operator cabin), which si easy and safe.

     2.4 It can achieve precision spraying to reduce droplet drift and improve working efficiency.

     2.5 It has hig operation sfficiency, but low intensity of work and prevention and treatment cost.

4.0 Structural principle

     This sprayer consists of two kinds of spraying states that enable users to use it in any working environment. The principal machine is mainly composed og generating set, triplex piston pump, electric motor, air duct, electric switch box, pesticide-spraying pipe and tank. Romote control ofoperation can be achieved in the operator cabin.
