 V·CART PIPING SYSTEMS, registered in

Qingdao Free Trade Zone, is a quality

oriented manufacturer of grooved pipe

fittings and piping equipment. The

manufacturing is carried out according to

International Standards. With chain sale and

chain follow-up service, goods distribution

centers are set both in China and America.

V· CART PIPING SYSTEMS has in

House computer design and development

using AutoCAD and Solidworks to develop

and design new products. Primary products

include ductile iron pipe fittings with

diameter range from 20mm (0.78") to

1000mm (40.0"), stainless steel and red

copper piping fittings with diameter range

from 10mm (0.78") to 219mm (8.6"). The

company holds certain patents for products

designed and manufactured in our own

facilities. Design and testing for ductile iron

pipe fittings are in compliance with

American Standard ANSI/AWWA and satisfy

China National Standard .

Test for fire protection systems is according

to UL213 and satisfies the Sprinkler

Systems Installation Standard NFPA13 of

American National Fire Protection Standard.

Metal and sealing materials are in

compliance with American Standard

GB5135.11

ASTM.

AQL test is in compliance with American a

Test Standard ANSI MIL-STD-105. Oil and

natural gas piping fittings meet American

Petroleum Association Standard API 5L.

used as the inside plastic coating material

which ensures the products meet China

National Hygiene Standard GB/T17219.

element analysis is adopted in the

mechanics design which could save

Dimensional precision of couplings is

ensured under mass production by using

cast ductile iron and high pressure in

moulding. Materials for gaskets are

imported from American Dupont Company.

The formula is patented by V· CART,

covering mechanical properties (tension,

elasticity, elastic renewal ability, pressure

change and low temperature shock) and

anti-aged property required by American

Standard ASTM D2000

Through nti-aged

test (imitating 50 years aging process,

oxygen filling, ultraviolet ray exposure and

low temperature shocking) the change of

the entire mechanical properties meets

international standard and ensures the

sealing system could be used safely for 50

years under various conditions.

COUPLINGS AND FITTINGS STANDARDS

COUPLING HOUSING

Coupling Housings are cast of ductile iron to ASTM A 536

Grade 65-45-12 which refers to the 65,000 PSI

(448,110KPa)minimum tensile strength, 45,000 PSI

(310,230KPa) minimum yield strength and 12% minimum

elongation. This compares favorably with A53ERW steel pipe

having minimum tensile of 60,000 PSI(413,640KPa), 35,000

PSI(241,290KPa) yield and 25% elongation.

The housing is designed to provide the optimum combination

of pressure, stress relief and end load conditions while

maintaining reasonable weight and manufacturing

characteristics. Every grooved pipe coupling, be it a flange

adaper, reducing coupling, outlet, rigid or flexible coupling has

a similar key section. This engages fully into the groove tying

the joint integrally to the pipe.
