VCAM View-Pushrod CCTV Inspection System is the most advanced and effective inspection method for pipeline inspection in the world, including three modules: command module, camera module and cable reel. It provides the applications in sewers, drains, septic tanks, boilers, cable conduits and AC ducts and so on.

Command Module
 
Command Module contains digital recorder, LCD display and CPU.
 
8" TFT Color LCD display, sunken LCD design, enables to review the image under the bright light condition.
 
The command module can be mounted on the cable reel (optional device), or rested on the ground (tilted by the handle).
 
MPEG4 storage function, 60G HD capacity with 45 hours images data storage.
 
 
 
Camera Module
 
Standard Camera-D38/STD:Φ1.5" (38mm) camera applies with M Type Cable Reel ranged from Φ60-300mm.
 
Standard Camera-D33/STD: Φ1.3" (33mm) camera applies with C Type Cable Reel ranged fromΦ40-150mm.
 
 
 
Cable Reel
 
VCAM has two reels options for maximum flexibility.
 
Cart (Type-C) Reel- this is a wheel round with suspension suitable for bumping up and down curbs and steps -all stainless steel construction. The command module can be mounted (optional) on this reel with 60m in standard cable length or 120m in extendable length available.
 
Mini Reel (Type-M) - this is a hand-carried unit - smaller in construction and best suited to the smaller size (10mm) pushrod cable with 30m length of standard cable- again all stainless steel.
 
Transmitting Sonde - 512Hz / 640Hz for cast iron pipe & 33 kHz for deeper locates (in non-metallic pipe).
