Mainly it is used for making diamond segement product. such as, diamond cutting wheel , diamond grinding wheel, diamond wire saw and some others.

Usage:

KOD 90 : complete crystal shape, diaphaneity, great compact strength and thermal stability. Suitable for high grade cutting tools, revising tools, drillings under severe conditions.

KOD 80 : consistent crystal color, regular shape, good transparency, high strength and great thermal stability, applied to make tools for sawing all kinds of hard stone and concrete, also suitable for geological drills.

KOD 60 : complete crystal shape, high diaphaneity and low impurity. Suitable for circular saws, frame saws and geological broach.

KOD 40 : comparatively crystal shape, good compact strength and thermal stability. Applied to sawing tools, like sawing marble, granite and series of engineering.

KOD 30 : comparatively crystal shape, good compact strength, belonging to middle grade but contain more regular crystal shape. Suitable for grinding and free-cutting tools, grinding wheels which work with medium load...

KOD 25: Comparatively regular crystals shape, medium strength, belonging to medium and low grade, suitable for cutting tools and grinding wheels that medium and low load.

KOD 20:  Irregular crystal shape, low strength, belonging to low grade, suitable for grinding tools and wheels that work with low load.

KOD 15 and KOD 10 is cheap but not so good, the life of product they produce is not so long.
