1 O-ring in stem for better sealing
When turning,O ring can decrease the direct friction.When in low pressure, it can act as assistant sealing role for stem. O-ring is better than PTFE for gas medium.
2 Anti-blow out stem
It can solve the blow out problem caused by high pressure.
3 Sealing between body and cover
A concentric circle positioning sealing structure between body and cover,can prevent surplus material leaking or moving caused by pressing.
4 ISO5211 High platform
ISO5211 High platform can be installed by various driver. There are 2 group of PCD for customers to choose.
5 Sinking cover tighting design
User can tighten Nut A and Nut B to prevent leak between stem and body, no need to unload driver, conveniently.
6 Pre-tighten 2 butterfly washer can play the role of spring, tighten filling again.
7 Spring can push the anti-static steel ball, make it to contact valve ball tank, so it can conduct the static.
8 Fire proof design
When fire occur,seat is burnt down or vapoured, auxiliary metal valve seat can seal.
