Solubility : Soluble in alcohol ( 95%)
Flavor: A characteristic aroma of Pepper with pungent taste
Ingredients: Solvent extracted product with permitted food grade diluents or emulsifiers.

Piperine Content : 30-31%
Volatile Oil Content : 17 -18% (v/w)
Residual Solvent : Less than 25ppm
