JH-02 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer:Retention Type

  JH-02 is a kind of polycarboxylate water-reducing agent which is speciaized in improving concrete’s retention time by special molecular design. It’s well received at home and abroad. Because of it’s stable performance,it’s widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product.

1.JH-02 is retention type,high maintainance of concrete,low dosage.It is suitable for concrete’s long-distance transpport and pumping transport.

2. Good adaptability in all kinds of cement and blending admixtures.

3. Low shrinkage,low viscosity and low bleeding rate of concrete: JH-02 can significantly improve concrete’s stability, durability and workability.

4. Extremely small content of chloride and alkali: JH-02 has no corrosion on steel bars.

5. High stability: JH-02 won’t precipitate out in low temperature.

·Scope of Application

JH-02 can be widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product,for example:

1. Suitable for compounding long-distance transportation pump concrete.

2. Suitable for compounding normal concrete, high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete and ultra-high strength concrete.

3. Suitable for compounding high durable concrete which has impermeability,high ability of keeping collapse and frost-resistance.

4. Suitable for compounding high-performance and high flowing concrete,self-leveling concrete,fair-faced concrete and SCC(self compact concrete).

5. Suitable for compounding concrete which has high dosage of coal ash and mineral powder.

·Usage

1. Recommended dosage ( by binding materials’ weight) is 0.25%-0.80%. The optimum dosage is according to the reality project conditions and actual materials.

2. JH-02 can’t be used with naphthalene water reducer. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.

3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage,seep dosage and errors.

·Storage and Safety Matters

1. JH-02 should be stored at temperature between 0℃-40℃. Keep out of sun, rain, impurity.Avoid evaporation of water.

2. JH-02’s quality guarantee period:180 days. Retest should be done when it beyond validity, and can be used when it’s qualified.

3. JH-02 is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-edible. Avoid touching with eyes and skin allergy people. If touching, should clear with water and timely go to see doctor.
