Charcoal briquette machine shows the features of high capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable. Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.

Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, including: wood chips, maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse agro-forestry wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.

This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.

production process

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes.
The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, binds the particles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires.

Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

Particle size can be anything up to 50 mm, and for long fibrous materials a ram feeder is an optional extra.
