Definition of Transparent iron oxide pigment:
Transparent iron oxide pigment is also known as nanometer iron oxide pigment with primary particle size less than 100nm and typical specific surface area of 80 120m2/g. Because its size is smaller than wavelength of visible light (320 750nm), diffraction occurs in light irradiation and coating shows transparency property.

2, light resistance and weather resistance
3, It has the color red, yellow and brown and can also be used cooperatively with organic transparent pigment.
4, heat stability: Transparent yellow and brown iron oxide (160º C), transparent red iron oxide (300º C)

Applications
1, Printing inks: The brightly transparent color is applied in the printing of aluminum foil
2, Artistic coatings: It can keep the color for a long period of time.
3, Plastic package: It can be made into cans and bottles when used in PET or PP plastic.
4, Cosmetic: It is suitable for cosmetic because of the nontoxicity and ability of absorbing UV-light.
5, Powder coatings: There is no color change within five to twenty minutes when the temperature ranges from 130º Cto 200º C.
