A: Take out the CF and printer, reset the machine, if the main unit still blank screen ,your motherboard down, but if the screen could work fine, backup your card and format it, and upgrade the latest display program to the card ,then insert the card to main unit to try again

 

2.Q: Screen freezing after start and no next step

A: Test your smartbox ,normally the problem comes by that

 

3 .Q: Printer doesn't work

 

A: Put your printer to another X431 main unit and to see if the printer could work ,if so ,then the problem from your motherboard.Vice  verse, your printer is down

 

4. Q: Why my machine couldn't read CF card?

 

A: Check if the folder "data" in the card .if so. The problem would be your CF card was down ,change a CF card to test again
