TPO membranes are produced by calendering with lamination, extrusion with lamination, or extrusion-coating techniques. TPO sheets are a blend of polypropylene and ethylene propylene polymers and usually are reinforced with polyester. TPO sheets contain colorant, flame retardants, UV absorbers and other proprietary substances to achieve desired physical properties.

ApplicationRange
TPO waterproof membrane forms an effective barrier to liquid water or water vapor. It is suitable for:
A. Roof construction & steel structure of both industrial and civil engineering
B. Underground engineering, such as subways, tunnels, air RAID shelter, etc.
Sewage treatment, dam, reservoir and basement, grain storehouse, etc
Construction Method
1. The membrane must be fixed properly and joined by hot-air welding.
2. The membrane is suitable for both new structures and reconstructions of bitumen roofs (blocks of flats, garages, flat roofs etc)
3. Provides a 15-year warranty for the product
4. The membrane may be installed directly onto bitumen without having to use a separation layer
5. The membrane offers excellent anti-UV properties.
