Using full-digital broadband electro-hydraulic servo valve to drive precise hydraulic cylinder, and to complete three closed-loop control to load, displacement, deformation, mainly perform tension, compression, bending tests for metallic materials, complied with standard GB/T16828-2008, JJF1103-2003, GB/T228-2008 and JJG139-1999, also satisfied with standard ISO, ASTM, JIS about material requirements.
Using transmission mechanism with double screws middle cross beam, underneath type oil cylinder, full-wide jaw base, good rigidity, easy to clamp specimen; loading part adopts microcomputer control high precision full-digital servo valve, high control precision, fast response.
Test control mode: manual open-loop control and computer closed-loop control, can realize auto control test, data acquisition and judgment (test data include: elastic modulus E, tensile strength Rm, upper and lower yield points ReH, ReL etc.), which makes procedure control and data acquisition processing more accurate.
