Thin-section crossed roller bearing , because of its vertical arrangement of tapered roller with a 90° V in the deep groove roller surface , compared to other kinds of bearings , has increased rigidity to a large extent . At the same time, the inner and outer ring dimensions of the bearing were miniaturized as much as possible. Especially for the extremely thin is access to the limit. The SOCARE thin section crossed roller bearing has two kinds of structures, one is dividing in the inner ring, the other is dividing in the outer ring . It consists three product series. There are interval separators between the vertical arrangement rollers in order to avoid tilting and the increase of mutual friction and rotating torque. It has excellent rotating precision.
