1) We use 100% new PP material for the air louvers, it can be used more than 10 years. As I know, very few companies use 100% new material. Most company use complete or major recyclable material.

2) Water pump: it's the key part of air cooler. We use submersible water pump, the shaft is ceramic and very durable. As the structure is very compact, the shaft is not long, the water pump won't have mechanical problem due the unstable swing of shaft. Moreover, it is with overheat protection and won't be burnt due to high tempeterature in case of water shortage. Thus the lifetime is very long, it can be used 30,000 hours continuously

3) Motor: we use copper-wire motor, it's with current limit protection, overload/short load voltage protection, lack phase protection(only for 3-phase motor). With heavy cast iron casing, operate stably.

4) Evaporative cooling pad: made of high-saturation fiber, the wetting rate after 1-minute dripping reaches to over 90%, we always show to our customer when they visit us.

5) Water distribution system: we use hard water pipe and open type distributor, the water flow won't be blocked and water distribution is even.

6) Multi-safety protection and humanized design, such as water shortage protection, delay start design, off memory function, automatic cleaning function etc.

7) More loading quantity for 1 container, thus you can save shipping cost. We can load 37 units (SKD) to 20'FT container, many other factories load much fewer. Once you need to order large quantity in future, it's very important.

8) Short leadtime: we usually need only 7-10 days for 1x40'HQ container
