Product Description
(1) Storage: the 2 sets of PU original liquid for RIM process are generally respectively stored in 2 containers under the certain temperature (20-40℃), the storage containers are generally pressure containers.
(2) Calculation: the calculation of the 2 sets of PU original liquid is generally fixed by the Hydraulic System, when injection the High and Low Pressure Conversion Device will convert the pressure into the force of injection, and the Hydraulic Quantitative Pump will calculate the injection output.
(3) Mixing: for RIM parts molding, the parts quality and productivity depend largely on the mixing quality of the Mixing Head. The general applied pressure is about 10MPa to gain the good mixing effect.
(4) Filling Mold: the filling feature of the reaction injection material is the high flow speed. The viscosity of the PU mixing material is about 0.1Pa.s, the flow rate is 600g/s.
(5) Solidification and Demold: there is strong reaction of the PU mixing material when it was injected in the mold, it can solidify and fix the size within very short time. During the reaction it will create large reaction heat, in order to prevent the over temperature of the mold, should fully consider the mold heat-emission function. The solidification time of the reaction injection in the mold is subjected to the material formula and parts size. In addition, the parts need the second thermocuring after its demold from the mold.
