Product Description
Suitable mold: ABS mold (over 100 times); Resin mold (over 100 times); Aluminum mold (over 1000 times).
Injection material: PU. The material we used include France AXSON、JAPAN DCPD、CHINA HD, etc.
Physical property: similar PP/ABS. Ageing resistance, high impact, high fit degree, easy assembling, etc.
General working time: demold time 15-30 min/pc. Control the demold temperature under 40℃, the property will be better if the parts solidify for 2-4 hours under the 80℃ environment after demold.
Standard precision: ±0.20mm/100mm.
Molding thickness: favor 4-6mm, max. 10mm.
Molding max. size: 2000mm×1200mm×1000mm,10KG.
