1、Comprehensive DC tester:

Comprehensive Function:

Ø The tester can test characteristics of DC power supply device, such as voltage/current stability accuracy, ripper coefficient and voltage/current setting error.

Ø Serving as the load tester (discharger), tester can test capacity and discharge curve of batteries.

Ø Tester can monitor charging process of storage battery unit, and test charge curves of the whole unit or a single battery.

Ø Connected with wireless monitor system, tester can monitor charge curves of each battery; also can work as long-time operation monitoring.

Ø With full-automatic adjustment of AC380V power supply and DC load power of the charger, tester can test and calculate voltage/current stability accuracy and ripper coefficient of the charger under different combinations of power voltage and load power. 

Ø Voltage/current stability accuracy and ripper coefficient of DC110V and DC220V chargers are tested.

Ø Voltage and current varying curves during adjustment and test are displayed directly to intuitively observe voltage/current stabling process. 

Ø Ripper waves can be displayed in OSC mode. DC overlapped by ripple can be observed. DC average values, ripper RMS, peak values and real-time ripper coefficient are displayed.

Ø With advanced three phase automatic electronic voltage regulator, tester can adjust the AC380V power supply for the charger.

Ø Using new-type load, tester can adjust fine and stably, and can realize high-precision continuously-adjustable constant-current discharging.

Ø Paralleled with constant-current load module to meet the need for larger discharge current.

Ø Pause and stop automatically: test is stopped automatically when low limit of group or single cell is reached, or when the discharge time is up. Test can be paused manually as will during discharge.  

Ø All parameters, discharge curve, single cell voltage and bar diagram of the discharge can be displayed and stored in the device and won’t get lost when the power is down.

Ø High performance build-in IPC with Linux operation system, large-sized TFT colorized screen, powerful function, beautiful interface, rich words and pictures, available to store groups of testing data that can be accessed through U disk.

Ø Multiple control modes: foreground manual control, remote network control and background computer control.

Ø Thorough management and analysis computer software, convenient to observe test parameters and curves, compare data in any time, and produce test report.

2、Wireless Battery Group Test System

Ø Several distributed wireless test modules measure voltages of each battery, convenient to wire with short connecting line.

Ø Blue-tooth connection between wireless test module and the mainframe, without outside antenna, accomplishing reliable communication with no interference.

Ø The wireless test module adapts to the battery of 2V~ 12V（compatible for 2V, 6V, 12V）

Ø All the addresses of the test module can be altered as will to meet the special needs such as module faults. Sending frequency corresponds with the national standard.

Ø Test module is in high precision, low consumption, totally-plastic, lightweight, small-sized, easy to use, safe and reliable.

Ø Each module can test at most 4 batteries at the same time; the number can reach 120 for battery group monitoring.

Ø With RS232 and USB communication port integrated on the wireless module, it can communicate with and be controlled by the computer, mainframe and other devices. 

Ø Wireless battery system also can be used alone to monitor charge of each battery and operation condition of float charge on-line.

Ø Thorough management and analysis computer software, convenient to display test real-time data and curves, enquire data, and produce test report.

Ø MODBUS standard communication protocol is adopted between the main control module and PC or discharger, with high compatibility and good openness.

l Function & Application

1、Characteristic test of charger   Available to automatically test voltage/current stability accuracy, ripper coefficient and ripper wave parameters of 110VDC and 220VDC charger in all kinds of conditions that the power and load is allowed.

 2、Storage battery group discharge  Available to automatically test capacity and discharge curve of storage battery group as discharger, including discharge curves of storage battery group or each single battery. 

3、Charge monitoring of storage battery group  Available to monitor charge process of storage battery group, and measure charge curves of group and single battery.

4、Wireless monitoring single cell   Available to monitor voltage and charge curves of each single battery in the process of charge and discharge through wireless communication, and can alarm and pause discharging or go on discharging in the condition that a battery is under the limitation. Wireless battery system also can be used alone to monitor charge of each battery and operation condition of float charge on-line.
