DESCRIPTION:
Nalstane Pure Acrylate (PA) Hard Court Surface System provides highly durable and all weather sporting surface with excellent abrasion resistance and uniform texture. Manufactured from selected premium 100% acrylic resins, light stable oxide pigments and proven reinforcing powders assure maximum U.V. resistance to provide years of non-fade life. The specialized resins used in the production of Nalstane provide excellent scuff resistance in both wet and dry conditions.
The Nalstane Pure Acrylate Hard Court Surface Systems for asphalt bases comprises two (2) applications of Filler Coating and at least one (1) application of Nalstane Top Coating.
Ball bounce on Nalstane PA is completely true and ball speed can be varied by the application technique of the qualified contractor.

CONSTRUCTION SURFACE REQUESTS:
On hot-mix asphalt or cold-mix asphalt, cement, porous concrete as NALSTANE coating requested, and other good compatible old coating surface.

Please consult NALSTANE Technology Department before painting NALSTANE PA on other coating surface.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:
1. Application on new and smooth surface of cement or asphalt, but no need polishing. No dust and loose /dirty matters. Old surface should be polished in advanced. Loose and old coating and dust should be removed. S est washing the new cement surface before construction.
2. Repairing expansion joint using Nalstane Sealer. Using Nalstane M200 mixed with quartz sand and cement to repair rough and uneven surface.
3. Rolling coating the substrate surface with Primer A/B to enhance full binding between the substrate and coating.
4. According to Technical Guidelines, the application filed should have twice knife coating using Nalstane M200, and at least twice knife coating using Nalstane S, finally drawing lines as ITF requests.
