Ring forging

1. We can supply various kinds of ring forgings.its max diameter is 3000mm.it suitable for rotary support ring , wind power flange ,gear ring , bearing ring ,and pressure vessel flange etc .

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical

analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic

test, magnetic particle test, etc.

3. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according to customers' requirements. 

4. According to customers' requirements, we can finish final machining. We have the

following advanced machining equipments:

1) Dia4000mm CNC vertical lathe, dia1250*5000mm horizontal lathe ( C61125E ),

dia1800*8000mm horizontal lathe

2) TX6111 ( boring bar dia110mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TX 6113 C/2 ( boring bar dia130mm ) CNC boring and milling machine, TP 6193 floor type boring and milling machine, CNC frame milling machine ( width 4meters * length 12meters )

3) CNC frame machining center (width 2500mm * length 4000mm * height 1500mm )

5. We carry out ISO9001 quality management system and have experienced processing

6. Our production procedure including :

Ingot cutting   

Ingot  sample chemical specification testing

Ingot heating  

Upsetting and forging

Ring rolling

Normalizing /Annealing

Cooling

Rough machining for the first time

Ultrasonic test for the first time

Quenching and tempering if necessary

Rough machining for the second time

Ultrasonic test for the second time

MT or PT or RT

Cutting the sample and maching the sample

Mechanical property test  including tensile strength , yield strength , elongation ,reduction ratio .

Impacting test    including normal temperature and low temperature test

Stamping the heat number

Packing
