Features in printing section
l Applies hanging plate printing system, easy for plate changing; and has pedal swtich, easy for plate hanging.
l Has anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device ( in feeding anilox roller drops and contacts printing plate, whereas in stop, it rises to separate from the printing plate.)
l The cirumferential adjustment mechanism of the printing platen applies planetary gear structure.

Features in slotting section
l The axial adjustment of line-press wheel, paper-feeding wheel and slotting kinife head has touch screen date predefining and manual adjustment tow manners, being prompt and accurate; and the next order sizes can be predefined during production.
l The scoroing roller, the feeding roller and the slottter seat move axially,guiding by a rolling straight guiding track so that movement is stable and positionning is accurate.
l The slot phase applies transducer and touch screen control, can be electrically regulated within 360-degree in numeral (both in running and stop), has restoration fuction; and can store orders.
l A 10.4’’ toch screen is et on the control pannel that can control the feeding section, printing section and soltting section, easy to operate.

Features in die cutting unit
l The rubber roller is designed as folded rubber cushion, providing convenience and ease for removal, installation and replacement.
l The rubber rooller can move axially 50mm leftward and rigthward, controlled by a hydraulic control system. The displacement of each rount of rotation is adjustable to ensure a steady and reliable movement.
l A frequency converter is adopted at the pahse position of the cutter unit. The touch screen and the electric-digital device provice 360-degree adjustment.Order forms can e stored in the system..
l The transverse position of the die can be regulated through the electric-digital adjuste. The total adjustable distant is about 20mm.
l A PLC touch screen is used to control the spacing between the die roller and the rubber roller.
