Quality of cleaning balls can directly affect the cleaning effect of CTCS. After our professional technicians’ long period R&D, we successfully developed rubber balls with better quality and more reasonable price. To ensure cleaning effect, each rubber ball should be passing through every condenser tube uniformly. We pay great attention to the formula and manufacturing processes of rubber ball, so that we can confine its density in a tiny scope, which guarantee the rubber balls with low density to reach the top of the pipe. At the same time, the rubber balls with high density are able to clean the lower part of the condenser tube and others with medium density can clean central part of the tube. Only when rubber balls distributed uniformly can we ensure a thorough cleaning. 

 

In our company, a complete range of cleaning balls has been developed to cope with various types of tube fouling, different tube materials and variable pressure droppings in condensers. We control our rubber ball a swelling rate into 0 mm, which at most can be 0.5 mm. You can find our products with various diversity, uniform density, fine craftsmanship, and high water drainage and absorbency. We have three kinds of rubber balls including standard cleaning balls, peeled cleaning balls and corundum blended cleaning balls.
