1. Quality Audit before Sample Delivery
Under common situation, most clients will ask for "general quality samples" or "ordered quality samples" before order confirmation. Ordered quality samples used to being a necessary chain. We have the regulation to put all sample delivery records into archive to avoid any quality mixing.
2. Quality Audit prior to Mass Production
Upon the official CO, the mass production will be scheduled and special staff from LIFUNG will follow and audit the timetable to assure punctual manufacture and satisfied pre-mass production quality, which is the obligatory instruction for each order.
3. Quality Audit during Mass-production
Considering the big production capacity, the quality audit during mass-production is frequent. Our quality managing staffs are keeping eyes around each production line, and they use to make out official quality records for each line once half an hour. To assure the exact quality checking, sealed quality samples can be found at outlet of production lines.
4. Quality Audit during Packing
Packing is one very important chain to assure the quality of "finished products" because each product is a "compound" including product itself, logo, specs, etc. There are no trifles in business. Production managing staffs, QC and salesman responsible of the order have the corporate responsibility to this chain.
5. The 3rd Party Quality Audit before Shipment
Not all clients will name and send the 3rd party quality auditors(such as SGS, BV, ITS and some other 3rd Party QCs) to check our products. Warm welcome is for any guest.
6. Quality Audit from Consumer Countries
