1,Link: the raw material is forged into semi-finished products, hardening and tempering to 28-32HRC, then go to process of heat treatment with 52-58HRC, rough and finish turning finally.

2,Bushing: made of 40Cr material, rough turning after forging, hardening and tempering to 28-32HRC, inside and outside heat treatment with 52-58 HRC, 3mm thickness, then high frequency heat treatment, polishing finally for assembly.

3,Pin: made of 40Cr material, hardening and tempering after rough turning, high frequency heat treatment finally.
