1. Control Power Part

Bakr is the first manufacturer to use full-bridge LGBT using high-power integrated power control module, the module using Germany Siemens. Compared with other brand modules or silica transistor and filed effect tube, Siemens modules have the features as following:

1-1 High Temperature Resistance

Devices temperature will rise when equipment run, so it is the key for equipment stability to adopt high-temperature and good heat dissipation devices. Silica transistor and filed effect tube can resist 40-50oC, however, for Siemens module, it can reach up to 80 C

1-2. High resistance to pressure

As is known to all, transistor and filed effect tube will be easily broken down by current under the condition of instant or long time high pressure. After broken down, not only can not the equipment run normally, but also transducer is disturbed to make further on frequency moving. This will lay hidden perils for further increase of equipment failure rate. However, it can be avoided greatly by using Siemens Module.

2-2. Special cement tech art

Ultrasonic inner tank adopts excellent exported 2mm SUS304 to weld, and stainless steel screws are inside of tank to fix transducer.
