Pneumatic metering pump, use high precise trimming micrometer to volumetric measuring, so it can achieve high precision filling. (vomit quantity level 0.5 CC, error is plus or minus 0.5%)

If pump size, only needs to replace pump head and plunger part.
Use high precise micrometer, can be easily changed filling volume.
To suction velocity and spit out speed can be adjusted respectively, so can set out the most suitable spit out conditions.
There are various of material for liquid contact parts. Different liquid choose different material.
There is check valve and rotary valve two kinds, respectively applied for the low viscosity materials and high viscosity material.

Metering pump B series (electric type)
Metering pump electric type, B series is to use stepper motor driven
Features:
Change pump size, only needs to replace pump head and plunger pump part.
By using a pulse motor to drive the metering pump driver part, load low speed can also get stability
Constant speed and digital setting function, make the reset operation become very easy
Can use general computer to input and manage date. (special software: Windows version)
Use the computer can confirm each pump setting and action, and through B series to connected to message box. (optional spare parts)
Can use the computer for each pump setting and its action confirmation, and through message (control) box to connect, could be change date and confirm action on the spot, very convenient driver part separated from the controller, more convenient to control and easier to maintain, can use the computer or external controller (PLC) to stroke setting and speed setting.
