1. Wood pellet manufacture line capacity is 1000-5000kg/h. It can press 2-15mm diameter biomass fuel and fertilize pellets from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic, animal manure and so on.
2. The whole wood pellet manufacture line contains first smashing part, drying part, second smashing part, pressing pellets part, cooling and packaging part and so on. We will design the flow chart according to your materials information and specific requirement.
3. Pellet mill is flat die not ring die, Germany technic three rollers and machine working principle are our national patent. The flat die has the unique advantages of enlarging the pressed rollers into three or four, in this way bearings can bear more pressure to ensure spare parts life. But ring die pellet mill is restricted by its ring die diameter, its roller can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller, so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure, then problems come into being: Bearings less standing ability leads to frequent repair.
4. Besides, standing out from other suppliers is that it is fully lubricated systems, which can lubricate three rollers, gears, bearings, vertical shaft automatically, in this way, no need to add oil by hand in addition. Also, it contains hydraulic pump, which can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die automatically to fit for different materials ratio.
