The heating of the unit length of constant power electrothermal cable is constant, the total output is bigger if the cable is longer, the length of electrothermal cable can be cut randomly according to actual demand. When the electrothermal cable is used with supporting control electrical apparatus, it can accurately calculate dielectric temperature maintaining conduit or heater.

As the section area ofbusbar is limited, so in order to avoid too much voltage drop, for single point power, the max length ofsingle way output should be selected as table l; for two-way output of single point power, the length can be added by one time, if needed heating cable is longer, then it can adopt multi-point power.
The electrothermal cable should be used with supporting control electrical apparatus, which owns protection function for overload, short circuit, earth leakage and temperature.
