ASTM A179 HEAT EXCHANGER TUBES SEAMLESS
1. Production technology: Hot-rolled
2. Standards: GB/T8162/8163/3087/5310, ASME B36 10, ASTM A106/A53, API 5L/5CT, DIN
3. Specification range: OD: 3''-24'' ( 73mm-610mm)WT: SCH10-SCHXXS
4. Materials: 10#, 20#,45#,16Mn, GRB, Q345B, X42-56, ST44, ST52 etc.
5.Ends: Each end of the pipe shall be furnished plain and unless otherwise specified.
6. Leak Tightness Test:
a) Online NDT (Eddy current)
b) Hydro Test
c) Ultrasonic Testing
7. Black Varnish: Tubes are uniformly varnished externally over their full lengths.
8. Zinc Coating: Average 460GM/M2, bur one side should not be less than 400GM/M2. Free from bare spots, black spots, rough, over coating, peel off or any other surface defects.
9.Threading: Check with standard ASTM A179
10. Marking: we can do online by stenciling as per this standard as per customer needs at one meter internal.
11. Packaging: in bundles with steel strips, seaworthy packing as per customer's requirements
12. Mill Test Certificate: we can issue a MTC, certifying that the tubes supplied comply with ASTM A106 standard.
13.Application: Hot-rolled seamless steel pipes are widely used in fluid transmission such as petroleum, natural gas, coal gas, waster as well as shipbuilding, large constructions, machinery, chemical fertilizer equipment, electricity industry etc.
