MZ series City Gas quick ON&OFF Gate Valve is suit to the medium of blast furnace gas,coke oven gas,producer gas,water gas,oil gas etc all kinds of unclean gas and liquefied gas,natural gas,mine gas etc spotless gas,major use in the coal gas,metallurgy,coking industry and city gas transmission and distribution network.
Features:
1.valve pressure testing:total machine submerged to do shell strength test,to ensure that no leakage,make the valve safe and reliable.
2.Good sealing performance,can automaticall eliminate sealing surface dirt,keep tightly sealed.
3.Using hard seal, valve fittings are made of stainless steel, stainless steel stem is required can be set up case, durable, long service life
4.If needed,can be set accurately and fully enclosed(waterproof,dustproof) indicator in order to reflect the extent to the valve open accurately
5.Stem with big lead screw drive, can achieve rapid on&off
6.Using minimum frictional resistance, automatic lubrication, and resist the corrosion of gas and a variety of high-performance gas packing, flexible operation, reliable sealing
7.Valve is equipped with drainage box at the bottom,easy to clean dirt gently
8.If needed,the valve cover can be setted lifting eye screw to make the installation and transport more convinient
