1. Application Range

1) All industrial equipment, including special-shaped pipeline, valve, sphere and rotating equipment, could be randomly constructed without stop

operation to protect thermal insulation.

2) Use for open-air storage of petroleum, gas and chemical sectors of tank, towel slot smearing about 15mm to insulate and protect to be frozen.

3) Smearing about 15mm on building, house walls, ceiling could be thermal insulation and sound proofing.

2. Operation methods and usage amount

1) clear out dust, rust, oil spill in surface of smearing objects.

2) mix completely thermal insulation coating for following use.

3) vertical and horizontal cross to paint and wipe lightly (if it's hot equipment, pls first use brush to brush 2-3 times, after that, wipe by hand).

4) To coat layer by layer. Within 600 ℃, caculate according to media's temperature, if it adds 100 ℃ per time, pls add coating thickness of thermal insulation

materials to be more 10mm-20mm, until to smear required thickness to keep warm.

5) The constraction rate of paste material is 35-40%, the project can be calculated according to this figure.

4. Package and Storage

The product is packed via plastic bag, sealed tightly and firmly. The product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse with even floor and cool environment to avoid sun-scorched and rain-drenched.

The warranty is 1 year.
