The company was established in March，1993, located in Qingdao, Shandong province,
China. We have 3000 employees, 1,000,000 ㎡ plant coverage and RMB1,550,000,000
fixed assets. Engaging in tower manufacturing for more than a decade, we are a
professional manufacturer in the design, manufacture and installation of steel tower mast
structure, tubular tower &mast, substation framework and other steel structures. Our
main products include all kinds of steel towers and similar steel structures widely used in
the fields like power transmission, substations, telecommunication,
microwave-communication, radio/TV broadcasting, mapping, watching and other fields.
The general annual production capacity is up to 200,000 tons. In compliance with the
customers’requirements, we can provide design, production, installation &EPC or single
contracted project services.
The company possesses advanced and sufficient R&D system, first-class hardware
as well as the most sophisticated design and molding& set-out drawing software. The
company is equipped with 12 advanced CNC angle steel production lines, 4
connection-plate auto-machines, the biggest LSAW Fabricating machinery (its
capacity 5200 tons, the biggest pipe-making machines in china market now), and
many other CNC bending-machines. During production, the computer software
connected with production machines at the same time, which can reduce Operation
procedure and improved product precision. Besides, we also have CNC steel plate
production lines, CNC (fire) auto-cutting machines, hot-dip galvanization line with
automated temperature control system, three round tube& polygon tube auto welding
line, gas shielded welding machines and other manual welding machine, and other
refrigeration equipments such as toggle lever press (punch), guillotine shear,
automatic gas cutting machine, shaping machines with hydraulic transmission system,
drill press, lathe, planing machine etc, the total more than 200 sets.
There are full sets of physical & chemical property testing instruments as well: 600KN
universal material tester, infrared-ray carbon & sulfur analysis instrument, manganese,
phosphorus & silicon automatic analysis instrument, spectrum analysis instrument,
steel inspection mirror, theodolite, ultrasonic in-destructive flaw testing instrument,
x-ray flaw testing instrument and so on. These machineries and instruments safeguard
the production of qualified goods.
Our company pays more attentions to product development and research, and takes
longer cooperation with National TV & Radio Ministry, Zhen Zhou Design institute of
Ministry of Posts and Tele Communication and National Power Ministry. Based on good
quality, we continuously develop new technology and product, and successfully invent
angular steel tower, combined tubular steel tower, and mono-taper steel pole, and create
good social efficiency and the economic efficiency for Ratio TV, telecom, and power
