Da Hong Pao belongs to Oolong (Also called Wulong cha in Chinese) family. It is one of the top ten Chinese teas and was once portrayed as ‘Royal tea’ as a result of its low production and rich flavor. It grows on Wu Yi rocky mountains, therefore it also belongs to a special group of teas called Wu Yi rock Tea (also called as Wu Yi cliff tea).
Its brew is in lightly reddish brown color. Terms used to describe its favor include fragrant, roasted, nutty and tenderly sweet, followed by a lingering after taste. A nice cup of Da Hong Pao is pure indulgence. Da Hong Pao tea can't be tightly vacuum packed like some other teas (i.e. the leaves crush and break under too much pressure) and therefore present with more "bulk". More care is required in the packaging process to maintain quality. And accord to our customers' feedbacks and experiences,  we usually offer  - 50/ 60/ 80 g per bag or 200g per can  for standard orders. However special arrangements can be made for larger packaging where required in support of bulk orders. Please advise us if it's required.

Brief Brewing skills:
1). Teawares :  Red stoneware and  white ceramic tea cups are good teaware to use for brewing Da hong pao tea.
2).  Water:   Good quality water, boiling at 95 - 100 centi degree. The water temperature is very important.
3). Volume of Tea :  Usually 5-8 g.  Depends on personal preference and teaware capacity.  Tea: water = 1:20 is recommended for the first trying,  i.e.  6g da hong pao teas into 110CC teacups.    Then we can add or decrease tea and conclude the best for ourselves.
4). Skills: Filling the water from a high position, pouring the tea soup slowly and lowly.  Before next brew, make sure the last brew tea soup are poured out completely. 
5). Soak time: The first time, soaking time should be5- 10seconds only. For the first 4 times, it should be less than 30 seconds.  The Da hong pao tea can be brewed up to 12 times, the soaking time shorter than 60 seconds is recommended. 

Storing of Oolong tea:

As Oolong Tea is exposed to a small to medium amount of processing, the leaves are subject to natural enzymatic breakdown by oxidation just like any other organic material. Oolong Tea is best kept in the cool, dry place in an airtight container or even in a refrigerator. We recommend refrigeration which actually improves the taste of the tea, as well as making it last much longer. However, if refrigerated storage is used, the tea should be kept refrigerated at all times as successive warming and cooling will degrade the tea.

II.  Custom Duty

1). As for small parcels, the parcel will be declared as samples, gifts not for commercial purpose or decrease value to minimize/ eliminate the custom duty, simplify ooperating.
2). If there are some remarkable customs clearance situation, requireents from your country, Please do note down what you need while checking out, for example: packing, Max gross weight of each parcel/ bill, invoices, declarations...

III. Other policies
 
1). The prices listed on 95tea pages do not include any custom duty or import tax.
2). Upon receipt of the parcel, Please check it immediately and make sure it is the correct products you purchased.
3). If the purchasing information need to be changed, like: delivery address, contact persoon, number, Please do inform and confirm with us before dispatching.
4). Before returning, buyer should inform 95tea, confirmation will be provided within 12- 24 working hours. And buyers will bear the returning freight.
5). If there is any support needed from 95tea, requirements, we will work our best to satisfy buyers within 12- 24 working hours.
