Bottle Label Remover: It mainly applies to separate the label from PET plastic bottles of standard sleeve label set, indispensable part before PET bottles crushing and further washing. It consists of two parts: 1.label peeling phase: carbide-tipped movable blades and fixed blades of label peeling tube, principal axis and other axis peel off PVC label during the process; 2.separate phase: consist of separation tube, main blower, vice blower and spiral duct, separate label paper by wind power. It is high efficiency, energy-saving, convenient operation and easy daily maintenance, while label peeling rate amounting to 96% or more.
