3.stick on clothes by heat iron,,remove the back paper,then place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature 120-180 degree for 15-20 seconds.

4.allow the garmen to cool off for 10minutes,then slowly remove the plastic film from the garment. 5.good choice for decoration garments, bags, shoes,T-shirt, jeans ,hats and so on.
